Below are some of the benefits available upon meeting eligibility requirements.

Health

Medical, dental, vision and more

Medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plans are offered by the company. The costs are shared by the company and the employee. To help teammates save for medical expenses, the company provides the opportunity to contribute to a health care flexible spending account or health savings account. Protective contributes money into health savings accounts and into a health care reimbursement account.

Fitness center, health clinic and more

Wellness benefits include a fitness center, café, YMCA discount, incentive-based health and activity program, walking trail, health clinic with registered nurse, telemedicine, immunizations and health screenings, tobacco cessation support, maternity and paternity support program, lactation support accommodations, and a wellness center with massage therapy and quiet room. (Offerings may vary based on location and medical benefit participation.)
