Fostering DE&I among employees
Employee initiatives for learning, connection and growth are essential to achieving our DE&I goals and creating a workplace where all employees can thrive together.

- Inclusion and Belonging for All Training in the roles we all play in creating an inclusive culture by valuing, hearing and respecting others.
- Days of Understanding annual learning event to help address potential bias in the workplace, broaden perspectives and overcome stereotypes.
- Peer-led growth networks to build communities where Black, female, LGBTQIA+ and caregiver colleagues, advocates and allies, can learn from and connect with each other.
